| Payment: Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos, Direct Deposit, Cash, Cheque Deposit: 1/3 deposit is required when booking. Balance payable on arrival. Cancellations: If received more than 30 days in advance are entitled to a full refund of the deposit less an administration cancellation fee of $50. If booked during peak times there will be an administration cancellation fee of $100. If received less than 30 days in advance, a refund is applicable (as above) only if the apartment is re-let for the full cancelled period. If a booking is cancelled after it has been moved once there is no refund of the deposit. Refunds are not given for early departure. |
